Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order from Spraggo. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made it easy to request a return, refund, or exchange — within reason.
01. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (including print-on-demand products) are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and are not returnable.
02. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, processing times may vary.
- We do not refund original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
03. Exchanges
- If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
- For size exchanges, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll send the replacement once the original item is received.
04. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Products marked as “final sale”
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage
- Products returned without prior communication or approval
05. Return Requests & Faulty Items
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to return an item or report a defect, damage, or incorrect order, follow the process below:

- A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return
- Clear photos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
What You Can Expect
Once we review your request (within 2–5 business days), if it meets our return or replacement criteria, we will offer you one of the following:
- A free replacement at no additional cost
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for a future purchase
Important Notes
- Requests involving damaged, incorrect, or faulty items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- In most cases, you do not need to return the item — our team will assess the issue based on the photos you provide
- Spraggo reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements if:
- The 7-day return window has passed
- No clear evidence of damage or fault is provided
- The item has been used, washed, or shows signs of intentional damage
All replacements and refunds are subject to approval by our international fulfilment partners in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and China.
06. International Fulfilment Returns
- Because our products are fulfilled from multiple global warehouses (United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and China), returns must be handled based on the product’s origin.
- We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
- Please do not return packages to our registered office address, as this may result in lost or unprocessed returns.
- You are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect.
