Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your product, select the variant (size, color, etc.), and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, head to the cart and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is in production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@spraggo.shop and we’ll confirm your order status.
Enter your discount code at checkout in the “Coupon Code” box before completing payment. The total will adjust automatically if the code is valid.
Yes! We love custom work. Email us at hello@spraggo.shop with your request and we’ll let you know if it can be done.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping — no minimum purchase or promo code required.
We ship to nearly every country worldwide, including South Africa, the U.S., UK, EU, and more.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery may take up to 30 days depending on your location and the fulfillment center.
Your items may ship from different locations (US, UK, Spain, China) depending on stock and availability.
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. We use DHL, FedEx, and USPS for reliable service.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or marked as lost, send an email to orders@spraggo.shop and we’ll help resolve it.

Possibly… while shipping is free, some countries may charge import VAT or customs fees.

Spraggo products are fulfilled and shipped from multiple international locations — including the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and China — which means your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country.

Here’s what you should know:

  • South Africa:
    While we offer free shipping, your package may still be subject to customs clearance and VAT based on South African import laws. These charges are determined by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • European Union (EU):
    If you’re located in an EU country, you may be charged import VAT and customs fees upon delivery. These fees vary per country. Since Spraggo is not currently registered for the EU’s IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop), you may be asked to pay VAT by your local courier before receiving your package.

  • Other International Destinations:
    Many countries (like Canada, Australia, and the UK) also charge import taxes or duties depending on the value and type of goods imported. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Important: We do not charge or collect customs duties or VAT at checkout. Any applicable fees will be collected by your country’s customs agency or delivery partner, and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on import charges in your country. If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, we may not be able to refund the shipping or product cost.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods offered during checkout.
Yes. Our website is SSL-encrypted and uses secure third-party payment processors.
Common reasons include insufficient funds or mismatched billing info. Please double-check or try another method.

We currently don’t charge VAT, but your local customs may impose it on international orders.

Yes. All designs are original and protected by copyright.
We use direct-to-garment and sublimation printing depending on the product. Each piece is made to order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible items. Custom, sale, and worn items are not returnable.

To request a return or exchange, visit https://spraggo.shop/returns and complete the return form.
Please include:

  • your order number,
  • the reason for return,
  • and clear photos.

We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost — subject to verification and based on our supplier’s replacement policy.

Personalized, used, or discounted items are final sale.
