Spraggo products are fulfilled and shipped from multiple international locations — including the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and China — which means your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country.
Here’s what you should know:
South Africa:
While we offer free shipping, your package may still be subject to customs clearance and VAT based on South African import laws. These charges are determined by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and are the responsibility of the customer.European Union (EU):
If you’re located in an EU country, you may be charged import VAT and customs fees upon delivery. These fees vary per country. Since Spraggo is not currently registered for the EU’s IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop), you may be asked to pay VAT by your local courier before receiving your package.Other International Destinations:
Many countries (like Canada, Australia, and the UK) also charge import taxes or duties depending on the value and type of goods imported. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
✦ Important: We do not charge or collect customs duties or VAT at checkout. Any applicable fees will be collected by your country’s customs agency or delivery partner, and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on import charges in your country. If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, we may not be able to refund the shipping or product cost.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost — subject to verification and based on our supplier’s replacement policy.
What items are non-returnable?
