We ship across South Africa and internationally. Our products are made with love, and our goal is to get them to you in excellent condition and within a reasonable timeframe.
Free Shipping
- Spraggo offers free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
- Shipping is free whether you’re located in South Africa or internationally.
- No shipping fees will be added at checkout, and no discount code is required.
- Important Note: While shipping is free, import duties, customs charges, and local VAT (especially in the EU) may still apply depending on your country’s import laws.
VAT & Customs for EU and International Orders
- We ship worldwide, including to EU countries and South Africa.
- We do not collect VAT at checkout, as we are not currently registered in the EU.
- Customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees charged by their country’s customs authority.
- These charges are collected by the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, local postal services) before or upon delivery.
- Our products are fulfilled from international warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and China.
- South African orders may also be subject to customs and import duties, as items are produced and shipped from outside the country.
We recommend checking your local VAT/import thresholds and regulations before placing an order.

- Orders are produced and shipped from the location closest to your address, depending on product availability.
- In some cases, items in the same order may arrive separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
Estimated Delivery Times
- All products are made to order, and fulfilment may take 2–5 business days.
- Shipping begins after fulfilment and may take up to 30 days, depending on your location and the item.
- Factors like holidays, promotions, or high order volume may slightly extend these times.
- We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
- Items in your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
- Tracking may take 1–3 business days to activate after dispatch.
- We work with reliable couriers, including DHL, USPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and fulfilment center.

Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Spraggo is not responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unclaimed packages that are returned to the sender
- Delays caused by customs clearance or international regulations
If your order is returned to our fulfilment center due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed package:
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment
- Additional shipping fees may apply
